Yes. We standardize hardware and controls across rooms where it makes sense, so anyone who can start a meeting in the huddle room can start one in the boardroom.
Usually some: the display, camera and touch panel need clean runs, and video needs a wired network connection. For most rooms we confirm it on a short site survey; smaller rooms can often proceed from photos and a floor plan.
No — an active Managed Service Agreement (MSA) is not required. We provide on-demand service based on availability for customers without a service contract.
Yes. We provide a COI for your building or project upon request before work begins, including additional-insured endorsements when required.
