Wi-Fi that holds at full occupancy
We build the network behind NYC and Long Island hotels, banquet halls, and event venues. Guest Wi-Fi in every room, captive portals tied to your PMS, ballroom AV, and door access run on one documented system.
A guest judges your property by how fast the Wi-Fi connects and how clean the elevator looks. Here is where hospitality networks usually break.
One access point per floor cannot reach down a long corridor of rooms with concrete and steel between them. Guests at the far end get one bar, call the front desk, and leave a review about it.
A property that runs fine at 40 percent occupancy falls over during a sold-out weekend or a 300-person banquet, when every guest brings a phone, a laptop, and a streaming stick. The backbone was never sized for full occupancy.
When the guest network, the property management system, the POS, and the door locks all share one flat network, a guest's malware can reach your reservations and payment data. That is a PCI and liability problem waiting to surface.
What we build for hotels and venues
We run a real RF survey of every floor, pull Cat6A back to the IDF on each level, and place UniFi access points so every room, hallway, lobby, and rooftop holds a strong signal. The backbone is sized to carry full occupancy with heavy device density.
Branded splash page with your logo, room-number or last-name login tied to the PMS, and tiered speeds so a basic guest, a premium guest, and a conference group each get their own bandwidth. Staff, POS, and back-of-house sit on separate VLANs.
We wire and tune projectors, displays, microphones, and floor boxes for ballrooms, meeting rooms, and event spaces. Presenters plug in and it works, and we leave a one-page guide so banquet staff can run a setup without calling us.
IP cameras across floors, garages, and back entrances with retention that meets your insurer and any liquor or licensing requirements. We add electronic door access for staff areas and meeting rooms, all managed from one place.
A network you stop worrying about.
Every job leaves labeled, tested, and documented, with the port maps and diagrams handed to you.
Straight answers.
Yes. We size the backbone and access point density for full occupancy, not for an average day. During the survey we account for high device counts per guest, so a 300-person event and a fully booked floor both stay fast.
It can. We integrate the captive portal with common PMS platforms so guests log in with a room number and name, and access turns off at checkout. We can also set tiered speed plans and bill premium tiers through the PMS.
Always. Guests, POS terminals, the PMS, cameras, and door locks each live on their own VLAN. Guest devices reach the internet and nothing else on your network, which keeps you on the right side of PCI and protects your reservation and payment data.
