What we deliver

Enterprise networking, managed from one dashboard

Cisco Meraki puts wireless, switching, security, and cameras behind a single cloud dashboard. As a Cisco partner, Super-G Intelligence sizes the hardware and licensing, installs it to spec, and hands you a documented network — so a multi-floor or multi-site business gets enterprise capability without an enterprise-sized IT department.

MR wireless design

Wi-Fi 6/6E access points placed from a real RF survey.

MS cloud-managed switching

PoE, stacking, and per-port visibility from the dashboard.

MX security & SD-WAN

Firewall, content filtering, VPN, and WAN failover.

Dashboard & licensing

Org build-out, correct license term, renewals tracked.

RF survey & validation

Heatmaps, AP placement, and post-install throughput tests.

Ongoing management

Alerting, firmware, changes, and remote support.

How it works

Getting started is simple

Three steps from first walkthrough to a fully licensed, cloud-managed Meraki network.

1
STEP 1
Free consultation

We survey the space — construction, interference, client density, and cable paths — and turn it into a Meraki bill of materials: access point model and count, switch port and PoE budget, MX sizing, and the license term that matches how long you will hold the space.

2
STEP 2
Custom quote & scope

You receive a fixed-scope deployment plan priced line by line: hardware, licensing, cabling, configuration, and cutover timing. We order through Cisco distribution and register every device to your organization, not ours, so the dashboard stays yours.

3
STEP 3
Install, test & certify

We mount and cable the access points and switches, build the dashboard org, configure SSIDs, VLANs, group policies, and MX firewall rules, then cut over and validate with live throughput and roaming tests — finishing with documentation, admin access, and a support path.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Yes. We are a Cisco partner and deploy Meraki through Cisco distribution, which means correct license sizing, hardware registered directly to your organization, and access to Cisco support channels when an RMA or escalation is needed.

It is scoped per site. Cost is driven by square footage and coverage, access point and switch port count, MX model, license term (1, 3, 5, 7, or 10 years), and whether new cabling is required. We quote hardware, licensing, and labor as separate line items so nothing is buried.

Yes — Meraki devices stop passing traffic once licensing lapses, so the term matters. We size the term to your lease or refresh cycle, register it to your org, and track renewal dates so a license never expires unnoticed.

Regularly. We run the new Meraki stack in parallel where the cabling allows, move SSIDs and VLANs over in a planned cutover — usually after hours — and keep the legacy equipment available until the new network is validated.

That is where it is strongest. Every site lives in one dashboard with shared policy templates, and the MX appliances build site-to-site VPN or SD-WAN between locations so remote offices behave like one network.

No — an active Managed Service Agreement (MSA) is not required. We provide on-demand service based on availability for customers without a service contract.

Yes. We provide a COI for your building or project upon request before work begins, including additional-insured endorsements when required.

Yes, subject to availability. Reach out with your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate urgent installs and support.

For most installations we recommend a brief site survey to confirm requirements; smaller rooms can often proceed from photos and a floor plan.

Yes. We offer after-hours, overnight, weekend, and holiday scheduling to minimize disruption to your business.
