From a single suite to a full-floor buildout, here is what our team handles for new spaces across NYC and Long Island.
Planning & Drawings
We turn your floor plan into a technology plan: drop locations, closet placement, power, and pathways, all before construction starts.
Structured Cabling
Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber runs for data, Wi-Fi, AV, and security, terminated, tested, and labeled to standard.
Network & Switching
Switches, routing, and VLANs sized for the space, configured and ready before your team moves in.
Wi-Fi Coverage
Access point placement and a survey so the whole floor has fast, reliable wireless from day one.
Conference & AV
Displays, video conferencing, and room AV wired and built into the design from the beginning.
Cameras & Access Control
Low-voltage cabling and gear for cameras, door access, and security, coordinated with your network.
Server Room & Racks
Clean racks, patch panels, power, and cooling planned so the heart of the space stays organized.
Trade Coordination
We coordinate with your GC, electrician, landlord, and other vendors so the technology work lands on schedule.
Tested & Documented
Every run tested and certified, with a port-to-port record handed over so move-in day goes smoothly.

We speak your industry.
Different work, different rules. We tailor the network, security, and support to how your field actually operates.
Yes. Super-G is a New York commercial specialist. We design, install, and support complete office networks across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the surrounding area, working within commercial building rules and timelines.
Most modern offices run fully wireless on a high-density design, with select hard-wired drops for the rack, printers, conference rooms, and fixed high-bandwidth gear. We help you make that call room by room based on how your team works.
Yes. We act as the single accountable partner for the technology buildout. We coordinate the ISP circuit and handoff, work with building management on access and pathways, and sequence with your general contractor and furniture installers.
A typical buildout runs two to six weeks from site survey to go-live, depending on the size of the space, the cabling scope, and lead times from your ISP and landlord. We give you a dated plan after the site survey.
Super-G is MBE certified and fully insured through The Hartford, including general liability, technology errors and omissions, workers compensation, and umbrella coverage. Certificates are available on request.
We review your space and requirements, then schedule a site survey and build a precise scope. You get a plan tailored to your floorplan and team, not a generic quote.
