IT services for law firms
Keep client files private and depositions on schedule
Super-G provides IT services for law firms across New York: the cabling, network, Wi-Fi, conference room AV and door access, designed and installed by one team. The disruptive work happens after hours.
Confidential files and billable hours both depend on infrastructure most firms never look at.
Guest Wi-Fi next to matter files
Reception Wi-Fi, attorney laptops and the document system often share one network. A visitor's infected laptop shouldn't be one hop from client files.
Outages that land on deadlines
A dropped connection or a stalled document system stops the floor from billing, and it tends to happen the afternoon before a filing.
Conference rooms that stall
The deposition starts and the remote witness can't hear, or the screen share won't connect. Opposing counsel notices.

What we build for firms
Separate networks for attorneys, guests and devices
Attorney workstations, the document system, guest Wi-Fi, printers and cameras each sit on their own network. Remote attorneys sign in to only what they're cleared for.
Backups you've seen restored
Versioned offsite backups of files and email, with test restores on a schedule so you know they work before you need them.
Deposition and client meeting rooms
Ceiling microphones that cover every seat, displays that connect the first time, one-touch video calls, and recording when a session needs to be on the record.
Door access and clean cabling
Card access on file rooms, the server closet and the suite, with a log of entries. Behind it: tested Cat6A, a labeled network closet and a port map.
What you keep when we leave
Every job is labeled, tested and documented. The paperwork is yours.
- Network diagram and port map
- Entry log for secured rooms
- Backup restore test records
- A how-to card for each conference room
Common questions
Yes. We separate privileged data from guest traffic, restrict remote access by role and give you diagrams, access records and backup test results. We document the setup. We don't provide legal or compliance certification.
No. Cutovers, cabling and rack work happen after hours and on weekends.
Yes. The same team designs the AV and the network under it, so there is no back-and-forth between an AV vendor and a network vendor when a call drops.
