What we deliver

Your office move, with one team on the technology

An office move touches every piece of technology you own, and most of it has to be ready before the furniture arrives. Super-G Intelligence plans the IT side of the relocation from your new floor plan: we order the internet circuit early, build the cabling, network, and Wi-Fi in the new space, take down the old one, and run the cutover after hours so your team walks in on Monday to a working office.

Planning from the floor plan

Desk counts, closets, and drops mapped before construction closes walls.

ISP circuit ordering

Internet ordered early so carrier lead times never set your move date.

Cabling, network & Wi-Fi

Built and tested in the new space before anyone moves in.

Conference rooms & AV

Displays, cameras, and audio installed and test-called before day one.

Security cameras

Cameras relocated or installed new on the new network, then verified.

Cutover & day-one support

After-hours switchover and a technician on site the first morning.

How it works

Getting started is simple

Three steps from signed lease to a working office on day one.

1
STEP 1
Free consultation

We walk the new space with your floor plan, inventory what you have today, and list what moves, what gets replaced, and what has to be built. If construction has not closed the walls yet, we get cabling and closet requirements to your GC and landlord while changes are still easy.

2
STEP 2
Custom quote & scope

You get one written scope and timeline covering the internet circuit, cabling, network, Wi-Fi, AV, cameras, phones, and the cutover window. We order the circuit early and handle the building paperwork: COIs, freight elevator and after-hours bookings, and coordination with your movers.

3
STEP 3
Install, test & certify

We build and test the new space ahead of the move, then disconnect the old office, move and reconnect equipment, and cut over after hours or over a weekend. A technician is on site the first morning, and you receive documentation of the new network, rack, and drops.

FAQ

Questions, answered

As soon as you have a signed lease or a floor plan. The internet circuit is usually the longest lead item because the carrier sets its own install dates, and cabling is far easier to run before ceilings and walls are closed. Starting early keeps technology from setting your move date.

Yes. We coordinate directly with your GC on cabling pathways and closet space, with building management on access and work rules, and with your movers on what we disconnect, what they carry, and what we reconnect. You do not have to relay messages between trades.

Yes. We provide Certificates of Insurance with the additional insureds your building requires, book freight elevators and riser access through building management, and schedule loud or disruptive work inside the after-hours windows the building sets.

We plan the cutover for after hours or a weekend so the switch happens outside your working day, and we build and test the new network before moving anything. Every move has variables we do not control, like carrier activation, so we plan around them and tell you up front where the risks are.

We disconnect and label everything that is moving, decommission the old network closet, and help you sort out what to retire. If your lease requires cabling removal or restoration, we include that in the scope so you are not surprised at move-out.

No — an active Managed Service Agreement (MSA) is not required. We provide on-demand service based on availability for customers without a service contract.

Yes. We provide a COI for your building or project upon request before work begins, including additional-insured endorsements when required.

Yes, subject to availability. Reach out with your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate urgent installs and support.

For most installations we recommend a brief site survey to confirm requirements; smaller rooms can often proceed from photos and a floor plan.

Yes. We offer after-hours, overnight, weekend, and holiday scheduling to minimize disruption to your business.
